When you come into our office for your first session, we just relax, and I answer your questions and give you an overview of how and why the program works. We’ll discuss what your personal goals and desires are and what you want to accomplish. That’s important because my entire program is focused on just you. Then, we’ll begin your hypnosis sessions.
Each subsequent office visit reinforces and strengthens your progress with making better food choices, enjoying your exercise, thinking healthy, and staying focused on your success.
Your first office visit will last about two hours. Each of your follow-up visits last from 60 to 90 minutes.
